Challenge

Create a digital brochure of apartments at the DuParc Swiss residence that would wow high net-worth prospective buyers

Approach

After defining information architecture using a card sort exercise, we set about creating a luxuriously expansive touch-screen interface, that would make the user feel like they acting in their own movie!

Solution

This was clearly not a mass-market product, so we had licence to come up with unusual, yet intuitive interaction patterns. An animated radial navigation sat at the top of a 3 tiered navigation system, which tested well in allowing users to access all features and amenities of the residence. 3D tours were created to allow the prospective buyer to fully control their own browsing experience.

"The workshops we did with Rob were incredibly useful and resulted in so many ideas for enhancing the service we provide. Even better, we've set up systems for gathering guest feedback ourselves!"
